A Fabulous Scottish Work Of Magic
Scottish version of sour plums. Medium sweet/sour flavour faintly similar to apple. Apparently named to celebrate a victory over the English when a Scots platoon surprised an English border raiding party eating a meal of sour plums. We hope this clears any questions about the name! Incidentally, if anyone can expand on the story please let us know.
