Please note: We take great care when packing our products to ensure that all sweets are sent out in the best possible condition.  However, we do not accept responsibility for any climatic conditions or damage to packaging experienced once orders have been dispatched.

If packaging damage occurs please contact us with full details and we will utilise the investigative process adopted by our couriers.

Substitute
We always do our very best to keep our stock levels high, however if an order is placed for an item we do not have in stock, we hold the right to substitute this item for what we believe to be the nearest match.
